Examples of Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing programs/courses.
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results. Define and establish, gather, synthesize and report out on all required data connected with market research and student response/capture, in both GPS and Summer Term, to evaluate effectiveness of advertising and suggest improvements and new approaches.
- Manage Brand identity and components of the Rabb School and GPS websites. Manage all media buys of all kinds, to accomplish economies of scale for Divisions within the Rabb School; particular focus on online ad placements, Google Analytics, social media and other effective, optimized electronic venues. Develop and manage all marketing collateral for Divisions in the Rabb School. Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with marketing consultants and other external partners supporting recruitment and matriculation, including review/approval of all related collateral.
- Manage/oversee outreach, cultivation and tracking of corporate educational relationships with EMC, RSA and other organizations for which the unit provides educational services; develop and follow up new and existing corporate contacts.
- Master's degree preferred; (Bachelor's degree acceptable if offset by extensive and relevant experience in marketing in a competitive environment.).
- Minimum of three years experience in leadership of a marketing program; five or more years direct experience in marketing in a competitive environment, not necessarily higher education.
- Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies; technical marketing skills; experience in customer and market research; experience with social media, Google Analytics, and other up to date marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, customer relations and team orientation skill.
